Why did Marc decide to join the restaurant industry?

"I'm in the restaurant business because it excites me. I love the energy and bustle of a busy kitchen, and I enjoy working with a team to create a great dining experience for our guests. Restaurants are also an important part of the community, and I take pride in being a part of that. I'm always looking for new ways to improve our business and make it a staple in the community. Whether it's coming up with new menu items or finding ways to reduce waste, I'm always looking for ways to make our restaurant better. That's why I'm in the restaurant business - because I love it and believe in its importance in the community." - Marc Devisse.   


    THank you Seaside team!

    Thank you for all the great times! It was a wild ride opening at restaurant the day everything shut down with Covid.  We were able to successfully build a brand using "to-go" food and use of our patio. We grew to have almost 50 employees and a thriving space. It came with challenges but in the end , because of the great team that was built, we were able to prosper. Good luck to the new owners, they are going to do great!
